On April 7, 2023, AFCA Wealth Management Cooperation Committee Special Event Series "2023 Wealth and Financial Asset Management Disputes" was successfully held online and offline. The event was organized by WMCC of AFCA in cooperation with Beijing RETIO Legal & Commercial Service Center for BRI (the Center), executive member institution of WMCC, and Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC), attended by approximately 600 representatives from AFCA members and related institutions.
Ms. Pang Kuixia, Deputy Secretary General of AFCA, and Ms. Wang Li, Director of Beijing RETIO Legal & Commercial Service Center for BRI, delivered welcome speeches. Mr. Jia Hui, Executive Member of WMCC and Secretary General of the center, hosted the event.
The themes are "Wealth Management Insights" and "Dispute Resolution in Financial Asset Management". The event launched 2022 Insights of Dispute Resolution in Financial Management Report. Representatives, including Mr. Liu Feng, Chief Economist of China Galaxy Securities and Invited Specialist of AFCA WMCC, Mr. Guo Weifeng, Partner of Deheng Law Offices (DLO) and Director of Deheng Wealth Management Business Center, Mr. Zhao Yan, Assistant of President of the Center, Ms. Wu Juanping, Partner of DLO and General Executive Committee Member of Deheng Financial Professional Committee, Mr. Zhang Haoliang, Director of Business Development Division (International Cases Division) of BAC, and Mr. Fu Shaojun, Deputy Secretary General of China Behavior Law Association (CBLA) and Senior Arbitrator, shared views on supply-side reform in wealth management, risk observation of typical products in wealth management, personal tax management for high-net-worth individuals, 2022 insights of dispute resolution in financial management, new development in asset management dispute arbitration and financial management in the perspective of dispute resolution.
